AERIAL BASICS
 
50-minute beginner class. Learn the foundation to our Aerial HIIT classes. In this class you will learn how to incorporate the hammock in your workout. We focus on teaching the basics to everything you will need to know to rock our your first Aerial HIIT class.

AERIAL YOGA 

50-minute mixed-level aerial yoga class. In this class you will experience a vinyasa inspired aerial yoga class that incorporate the breath and hammock. You will have the opportunity to do advanced yoga poses with the help of the aerial hammocks. This allows you to get deeper into poses that you may have not been able to do with traditional yoga. Great for those looking to increase their flexibility while having a low impact strengthening exercise.

AERIAL HIIT
 
50-minute intense aerial HIIT training class. This class is a HIIT(high intensity interval training) inspired class while incorporating the aerial hammock. Designed to help burn body fat while strengthening & toning your muscles. The class begins with stretching & moves into conditioning for the pose of the week. Each week we have a special pose that we work on called the "WWPOW" which can be found on our FB or IG accounts. You will fall in love with the feeling of accomplishment after each class. Learning new poses each week will be sure to be your new obsession.

We recommend new clients to take 2-3 Aerial HIIT Basic or Aerial Yoga classes before attending Aerial HIIT. 

AERIAL SCULPT 

TIGHTEN & TONE.
A HIIT inspired workout that combines the aerial silks, light dumbbells, pilates ball, and booty bands. You'll recognize a lot of postures from our Aerial HIIT classes with an added challenge of hand weights and resistance bands. 
 
 
BARRE HIIT
 
Barre class is a combination of postures inspired by ballet and other disciplines like Yoga, Pilates and HIIT(high intensity interval training). The barre is used as a prop to balance while doing exercises that focus on isometric strength training (holding your body still while you contract a specific set of muscles) combined with high reps of small range-of-motion movements.
 
No experience required.
